General guide for other IT Assistance
Standard Assistance
For straightforward appointments such as setup help, basic troubleshooting, software setup, data transfer, account configuration, printer help, email setup, backup checks, or simple component upgrades.
Guide price: £90–£110 depending on location, time required and complexity. Parts are not included unless agreed separately.
Advanced Assistance
For more involved appointments that require deeper troubleshooting, longer setup work, device configuration, data migration, internal component work, or more detailed investigation of Mac, Windows, Wi-Fi, email, cloud or backup issues.
Guide price: £135–£160 depending on location, time required and complexity. Parts are not included unless agreed separately.
Extended Assessment / Offsite Work
For more complex cases where the device may need extended testing, specialist tools, data work, parts sourcing, or further assessment away from your location.
Guide price: £180–£270 depending on the work required. Any parts, specialist services or additional work will be quoted before going ahead.
Know-How Sessions
One-to-one help for learning, troubleshooting, questions, setup guidance and general technology support at your home or office. These sessions are useful if you want help understanding your Mac, Windows PC, phone, email, cloud storage, backups, photos, files, or home office setup. Learn more about Know-How Sessions here.
First Hour: £90 (1.5-hour minimum charge may apply for callouts with more than half an hour of travel)
Subsequent hours are charged in half-hour increments of £45
