Easy Repairs
Repairs with low to medium complexity, not including parts.
Eg: Memory, Hard Drive, Battery or Flex Cable Swaps, Software Installations, Malware Removal, etc.
Price is between £80 – £110 depending on location and complexity
Moderate Repairs
Repairs with medium to difficult complexity, not including parts.
Eg: iMac repairs, Logic Board, Keyboard and Display replacements, Data Migration, etc.
Price is between £110 – £150 depending on location and complexity
Difficult Repairs (Offsite)
Complex repairs requiring advanced tools or extended testing, where your machine needs to be taken offsite. Like Board level repairs, or data recovery.
Price is between £170- £210 depending on location and complexity
Know - How Sessions
Sessions, which involve troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and/or one to one training at your place. Learn more about know-how sessions here. Charged in hourly blocks.
First Hour: £80 (1.5 hour minimum charge is applied for callouts with more than half an hour travel)
Subsequent hours are charged in half an hour increments of £40
